12. MASATOSHI SADAKANE: Oh My Little Girl (4:33)
I met Masa in cyberspace eight years ago during some Kurosawa research. He later turned me on to Tarkovsky, for which I am forever grateful!
We later discovered that we are both composers, and swapped CD's.
His CD is titled "Songs for My Friends."
Although a pretty substantial Pat Metheny influence can be heard, Masa is truly an original thinker. I love the textures and the careful mixing. I hope you enjoy his music, as well.
